Overnight Boarding

OVERNIGHT BOARDING

 

Overnight Boarding is being offered for a limited amount of dogs on Shaunas acreage. Dogs will be integrated into Shaunas routine which includes individual attention, off leash play in a large dog run, and leash walks on the acreage.

 

 

 

Off-Leash playgroups for socially appropriate dogs are part of their daily exercise and enrichment.

 

Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome. Safety is a priority and we will not risk potentially harmful interactions.

Shauna personally has multiple small dogs. This allows smaller boarding dogs to interact with other like sized dogs.

 

Training is offered for an additional cost during their stay. Daily training is equivalent to a private lesson.

Training offered:

  • Basic obedience
  • Impulse control
  • Sport foundation
  • Behavior modification

 

 

Dogs will be crated during down time. This ensures their safety and allows them to rest in-between their exercise times.

Dogs will also be crated during feeding to ensure no recourse guarding between guests. They will remain in their crates for 1 hour post feeding to ensure we don’t risk gastric torsion due to exercise after eating.

 

 

 

Dogs who are not a good fit for our boarding program:


– Severe dog or human aggression

– Separation anxiety

-Dogs who are not crate trained

-Escape artists (fence climbing)

-Excessive barkers
